My aunt gave us a bag of about 30-40 key limes. I don't know what to do with them? I know I could make Key Lime pie or use them for alcoholic drinks. But I'm not interested in either, the pie or drinks. What should I do with them? Cut them up and freeze them?
Thanks in advance!

I mainly use lime in marinades and mexican food. When I make carne asada, I marinate the meat in spices and lime juice. I also like to squeeze lime juice on top of mexican rice.
Also, when I make refried beans, I add cut up anaheim chiles and lime juice.
If you don't know what you want to do immediately with them, you can freeze the squeezed juice in ice cube trays, then just pop the cubes in a ziploc baggie.
Also, if you add lime zest into some kosher salt (in a baggie) the salt will take on a lime taste, perfect for margaritas and adding to food.
Good luck.... :D
