Did anyone else go through this after mc??

Hey Ladies,

This is just a really bad week for me. I lost my baby back in March, and September 10th was the original due date. :( I am already a little upset because of this but then to top it off my cousin had her baby and we were due date twins. I went through a lot of this isn't fair. (She is on her fourth kid with her boyfriend that is in and out of jail for dealing) I got over it for a long time, but this weekend it all just hit me again and I am such a mess all over again!!!

Did other women kind of regress back to super sad/angry/jealous when their baby's due date came up after a mc??? Just want to know that I am normal.

Lil_Mrs_0702 You are perfectly normal for feeling the way you do. The baby I lost before I had Niko was due Thanksgiving day 2003. I sat home, didn't watch any tv, and just cried. After that, I seemed to start healing again. I needed to get past my due date to move on, and we did. I got pg the next month and now Niko is 13 months old.
You'll never forget, and every year on the due date you'll be sad, but it does get easier, promise.

Yes! I had a hard time around my due date. My baby was due in the month of May and there was a woman I knew who was due around the same time. I didn't know her that well but I would run into her and it was extremely difficult for me to be polite because I was so jealous/envious that she had a healthy pregnancy and I did not. I still think about how old my baby would be now if the pregnancy had been viable. It has gotten easier over time but I think I will always think of how I lost my May baby.
