I can't figure out just how I want to arrange ours. First Course, Main Course, Dessert Course? Salad, Entree, Dessert? Should the butler passed hors d'oeuvres be listed? What about drinks?
HELP!!!

I'm not sure how well you'll be able to see this, but I'll try posting it. (This is from my first wedding a few years ago.)

To answer your questions, I can just tell you how we did it: We didn't label our courses, rather we separated them with line spaces. So the first grouping is the salad, then a blank line space, then the first entree choice, the word "OR" and the second entree choice, a blank line space, the words "Accompanied by" followed by the vegetables, another blank line space then desert.
We had a full open bar during the entire reception, but we also served the champagne tableside as well as a choice of red or white wine tableside so we included the champagne and wines on the menu, but no other drinks.
We didn't include any of the hors d'ouevres since the menus were on the reception tables and by the time people saw them, the cocktail hour and passed hors d'ouevres were done.
We had a menu at each place setting, wrapped in a napkin on a charger. On every other place setting was a red rose on top of the menu. Here's a pic of that setup:

Sorry this is a little overexposed. This was the menu at the wedding I went to in Wisconsin over the weekend. The theme was Winter Wonderland.
2nd to bottom says Chocolate Cordials Course
At the bottom it says Late Evening Course
