Hi,
I know that sleeping on your back is bad. I know it's ideal to sleep on your left side, but it is really bad to sleep parts of the night on your right side? I really favor my right side and I am having a hard time sleeping. I am 16 weeks along and trying to form the habit. But like I said, is it OK if I spend parts of the night on my right side?

Any thoughts welcome! My next Dr appointment isn't until late next week.
Thanks!

I asked my doctor this same thing. He said the absolute best is the left side, but the 2nd best in the right side because he said it is next to impossible to stay in one spot all night long.

I just started my 3rd trimester and sleep on whatever side, including my back, that's comfortable.

Me, too. I go from my left side to my right side all night long and often wake up on my back-6 weeks from my due date and all is well. I've read that as long as you do not get dizzy or light headed from sleeping on your back, you should be fine.

Thank you so much! No I don't feel like an evil mommy. I'll just try to change it up so it's not the right side all night.
