I ask because I took my first one yesterday evening and I still feel tired and loopy. of course i just had an increase in my zoloft so perhaps thats causing it at as well?
I'm not familiar with these drugs and I dont know anyone who takes them so I thought maybe someone here can offer some insight for me?

I take this for anxiety, as needed. I can function fine while on it, though. I can drive, remain alert, etc. It may just take your body a few wks to get used to it. And I'm sure the increase in your Zoloft is a factor as well.

My ex took Klonopin for seizures/balance disorder. He always felt tired on it so he took a large dose before bed and a smaller one (like half of one of his pills) in the morning, under the direction of his doctor. When they would mess around with his dose, he said it took at least two weeks to feel normal again.

I used to take Klonopin, and I think it's an awful drug. I'd suggest that you take as small a dose as possible, and only when you feel as though you really need it. It's a drug - just like any other drug out there, and it will obviously affect the way you feel and think. Remember that - it will affect the way you think.
I'd look into alternatives to drugs as a better way to deal with your anxiety. Also, be conscious of the fact that you're increasing the amoung of zoloft you're taking - ask yourself - is it really necessary or does your doctor just say it is. I'm sure you're a very strong person and that, if you try, you'll be able to function better on a smaller amount of zoloft with no klonopin. The reason for the klonopin (I'm guessing) is that the high dose of zoloft is causing you to become increasingly more anxious. My advice to you is to get off the prescription drug cycle and get a second opinion as to what is the best way to deal with your mood - you may be surprised to know that there are many alternative therapies that do not require drugs that make you feel loopy. Best of luck.
