Teething & fevers?

Did your kids get fevers while teething? Cassidy is 13 months, her 2 bottom teeth came in no problem. She just popped her one top tooth, & the other 3 are coming soon. Yesterday she ran a fever all day, last night got up to 103.4. Came down with motrin. Then was ok this morning at 99, then went away. Now is at 99.8 again. She is not eating great, but no diarrhea, vomiting, no ear tugging, no symptoms of anything else. The on-call doctor last night said 103 was high for teething. Today my doctors office said yes it could be from teething, & was ok, as long as she does not stay that high, etc.

Any thoughts? Thanks so much!
