Fertility Friend Charts - Not showing up

Is anyone else experiencing trouble with their FF chart? Mine disappeared about a week ago. Did they drop this function for the free charting?

I tried looking on their website...

Hmm, you should still be able to use the free charting. The site looks new now, maybe it was just down while they were updating it?

Do you have a cycle selected? Mine doesn't show a chart when I first go to the site either, but it shows up once I pick a cycle from the chart drop-down menu.

I have my current cycle selected, but no chart. I'm unable to pull up any of my charts (I had 12 from the first go round and 3 from this time). I've tried customer support - but no luck so far...
