I am looking for a book from my childhood and I can't find it and can't remember the title. It was about a group of witches and something about the main character outsmarting them and telling them they could dance between the raindrops and they tried it and melted. It was something like "The 99 Witches" maybe? I have searched and searched and can't find it - I don't remember the title or even what the main character was... but it was a big favorite of ours for some reason... i think it had to do with being able to outsmart someone. : )
