I don't know if this is normanl or not. You know that feeling you get when you stand up too fast?? You just kind a blur out for a moment. I have been getting that feeling quite a bit lately and I don't know why. Even just sitting here at my desk I get that feeling I could pass out and I see stars if i move my head to fast.

It's starting to affect me more lately because when I drive at night I get traces get blurring if there is a head light in my rearview mirror when I check. When I get home my husband thinks I have been crying or something from straining my eyes so much. I also have this uncontrollable urge to fall asleep while driving at night!!! i have to roll my windows down and turn the music up and still I fight to keep my eyes open!! They just well up!

I don't get why this is happening? i drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and I don't do anything strenuous at work. Is there anything I might be missing in my diet??? (By the way I don't diet, so no lack of food here)

Have your blood pressure checked. I have very low BP (100/70 more or less) and when it drops I feel like you do. I actually cannot drink alcohol bc of it. When I haven't eaten in a while I also get dizzy.

It could be your blood sugar levels. Try eating a small snack to see if that helps.

I think that since it's affecting your ability to work and to drive, you need to see your doctor about it. Could be blood pressure or blood sugar or something else entirely, and you need to know what the extent of the problem is and how best to handle it.

I suffer from the same exact thing...except the driving at night issue. Although I am falling asleep at my desk today (I called in sick yesterday for eye issues and slept all day, so no lack of sleep here).

I was actually thinking of getting checked for diabetes....I am constantly feeling weak as though I am craving sugar to keep myself going. I may be consuming TOO much sugar.

The things about my blood sugar or pressure could be right... Now that you guys say something.

As far as the driving at night, I think I just have poor night vision and I am tying things together that are probably different issues.

Your Iron could also be low.
