We picked this up off the side of the road on Saturday. The known thing here is that if you don't want to fool with selling something, put it at the side of the road and either someone will pick it up or once per week the garbage man will collect unwanted items. So..this thing has not a scratch on it, had the bolts all attached in a little baggie, and was just sitting there waiting on me. I think it's similar to a Gazelle, but the arm parts don't move. Can anyone tell me what the best workout/best way to use this??

I just think it's rather awesome that it's ours and for free!! Thanks!

I think it is just like a gazelle - only you don't do the arm part - just do the legs?

I would guess just use it like you would an ellipital trainer.

Yup, just like a gazelle. I had one at one point. It was a pretty good workout. You would use it just like an eliptical trainer or gazelle. I used to use mine with small hand weights or for a good workout I would do the exercise with my knees slightly bent. It really worked out my calves and quads. :) The best thing to do is to vary the exercise as much as possible.

Have fun
