What books made a big difference in your career?

Help me create a library in our office. I'm looking for Career Specific or General Career books - all ideas are welcome.

What books inspired you in your job?

What was is the one book you would recommend to everyone?

I'll start:

I'm currently reading The Tipping Point. Being in marketing, this book is a real eye opener on how to get your message out and more importantly heard.

I enjoyed Jack Welch's Bio Straight from the Gut. He's an innovative, no-nonsense leader.

The one book I would recommend to everyone:

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.
Amazon - Before you can adopt the seven habits, you'll need to accomplish what Covey calls a "paradigm shift"--a change in perception and interpretation of how the world works. Covey takes you through this change, which affects how you perceive and act regarding productivity, time management, positive thinking, developing your "proactive muscles" (acting with initiative rather than reacting), and much more.
