I had a recipe from a Pastry Chef in Santa Rosa for a wonderful white cake that she used for wedding cakes. I lost it and I want to use it for a Bday cake. It was pretty basic with butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, but it used water instead of milk.
Does anyone have a similar recipe or a tried and true recipe for white cake? Thanks.
