Dress for Holiday Party??

Can anyone help me find a dress (or share with me what you're wearing) to wear to DH's company holiday party?

I can't stand my thighs, so I'm looking for something that falls to my knees. I've looked online at Anthro, AT, JCrew, Nordstrom, etc....I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels.

Please help!

What is the formality of the event? What is your husband wearing? That might help provide some guidance for suggestions.

It's at a private, conservative club in Philly. DH will likely wear a nice suit & tie.

Our parties are cocktail...the dress I'm wearing this year I bought last year but I didn't get a chance to wear it since every single party we were invited to was canceled due to snow.

This isn't my dress, but it's the closest I could find (my strap is different but color and style are similar):

But I figure it will give you an idea anyway. I bought silver glittery peep toe Enzo's to go with, but Nordstrom must have sold out of them since they're not showing a picture.

I agree with White House Black Market! A friend loaned me a dress from there for my brother's wedding last weekend and I loved it! It would be perfect for a holiday party!

I saw a cute black dress in a magazine - A line, sleeveless, feathers (removable)at the bottom; really festive. When I looked to see where it was from it's by Target...for $40! WHO KNEW!!

I, too noticed that Target had some great holiday dresses!
