decent but cheap short sleeve sweater?

I'm craving a sweater to wear over turtlenecks or even tees - even a poncho? :) I just need something cheap that I can use with multiple things. :) I'm in 1x's right now so it'll have to be a plus size I guess. Just thought I'd ask. ;)

I'd look at Kohls and even Target as well. Look for a trapeze/flyaway style. Something like this...

Ditto Old Navy. I was in there today and they had a pretty big selection of sweaters in all styles, including poncho type sweaters.
