Hi all. We have two back to back weddings coming up in Oct taking place on opposite coasts. I just had a baby boy in August and am really looking forward to dressing up as it's been a long time since I've been close to my normal size.
I feel so out of the shopping loop and my hands are prett full right now to even do online shopping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That being said, I'm looking for something flattering, up to date, and that will allow for me to pump during the wedding. I'm 5'1", short waisted, about 120 lbs and have wider hips than I'm used to (veteran mamas - do your hips go back to normal at some point?).
My husband is the best man in the NY wedding, but both call for cocktail attire. The SF wedding is a sorority sister's wedding and would love to feel/look like an appropriately stylish mom (vs. a young mom trying to look like she's in her mid 20s).
Any feedback on accessories and outerwear would be great too. Oh! I haven't been to an east coast fall wedding. For what it's worth, the wedding is in Brooklyn.
