What should I wear??

I am going out this Saturday for a GNO and have no clue about the current syles. lol
The girlfriends attending are all stylish, fit, etc. I NO NOT want to look frumpy! Plese HELP!

I am petitle; just under 5 ft. 2 in., large hips, tummy & tush. I'm about 150 lbs (smaller top, larger bottom... pear shape?)

I would wear dark dark jeans, long enough for great heels and a trapeze style fun top.
Most importantly, wear a great smile :)

Can't wear heals as I have leg & back problems, but I'll be sure to wear cute, strappy sandals.
