Tattoo location?

I'm thinking of getting my second tattoo and am having trouble coming up with a good location. My first tattoo is in the middle of my lower back, so I'd ideally like to choose a less popular location for this one. I really wanted to do a rib piece, but I'm not sure that the designs I have in mind would work well with that.

I'm thinking of something along the lines of the nose with legs from Phish's cover art for Junta:

I know it's goofy, but it's a design that's special to me and I definitely think that it'd be unique! :p Any thoughts on where to put it?

My first tattoo is on my thigh-a dragon that goes from the middle/front to middle/back to right behind my knee. It almost never shows-even in shorts, all you can really (and only sometimes at that) is the tail.
