Hey girls! DH and I may be driving down next week to see a game at RFK. Just wondering if you can give some input on a few hotels I found online. All the hotels are under $100, I hate spending so much on a room. I don't need a fancy schmancy place, just someplace that is clean and where I will feel safe. Thanks for any input you can give.

Inns of Virginia
99 S Bragg St
Alexandria 22312

Inns of Virginia Arlington
3335 Lee HWY
Arlington 22207

Days Inn Pentagon
3030 Columbia Pike
Arlington 22204

Travelodge DC Gateway
1917 Bladensburg Rd NE
DC 20002

Howard Johnson Cheverly
5811 Annapolis RD
Cheverly, MD 20784

Thanks so much again!
Karen

i've never been to any of the hotels you mentioned, but after looking at the addresses, and keeping safety in mind, i think your best bet are the two Arlington locations.... and i'd definitely steer clear of Bladensburg, Ave. NE even though that's probably closest to the stadium.

I live in Arlington. I have not been inside either of the Arlington hotels you listed, but I have driven by them.

I would say that the Inns of Virginia on Lee Hwy is in a better neighborhood than the Days Inn on Columbia Pike. But, I think you would be fine in either.

HTH.
