View Full Version : Industrial Strength Exercise Bras
Anybody find a good jog bra with lots of support for a nursing mom? Or just wear your regular nursing bras for exercise and if so, how'd that work out?
No advice here, but I am very interested in hearing the answer. I need something for the girls before I REALLy hurt myself doing Tae Bo..LOL

Title 9 Sports (http://www.title9sports.com/jump.jsp?itemType=CATEGORY&itemID=4) has an excellent selection of sports bras. The catalog ranks the bras with barbells. The bras with more barbells are more supportive.

Not a nursing mom, but well endowed. The only exercise bra I've found that works at all is from enell. www.enell.com

The only bra I've been able to find that is both for exercise and nursing is by Moving Comfort (available at Title 9). I'm yet to try it, so can't offer a review.

I just go with a regular sports bra, non-nursing. I would pull it up to nurse when I brought DS to ultimate frisbee. It worked okay. Not the best, but okay. Nowadays, I don't take DS with me when I exercise, so it's not important for my sports bra to have nursing access.

Also not a nursing mom (no kids yet!) but I'm well endowed and training for a marathon. I found bras at Finish Line (www.finishline.com). I normally wear a 34DD or 34E, and I bought the size small. I got 3 for $20, so a great deal to boot! I don't know much about nursing, but I do know this bras keeps my girls in check! ;)
Here's the link to the page with the bras:
