Has anyone ever heard of or tried a vacation during which you are basically in a diet and exercise boot camp? I was reading the emotional eating thread and agree that if I could just break the habit for a week or a couple of days might be able to get somewhere. So I wonder if there is such a boot camp where they lock down food?
And does anyone want to come with?

I know I've read about these when I used to get Shape and Self magazines, but I don't remember any names

I ordered an advertisement for a spa that was like that - only more of a nurturing feeling than a bootcamp feel. The cost was atrociously expensive, though.

I've seen them, but kind of dismissed them based on being too expensive, out of our budget. And then during summer I've seen local ones, where it's more day camp style. Every day for a week. No idea on cost, and we're in San Diego area.
Good luck! Would be very cool!
