I'm looking for a good online source for journaling and keeping track of weight loss. Any suggestions?

I use the free version of fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com). It's pretty basic but I can keep track of the food I eat, activities and exercise, track my weight, see where my calories are coming from (carbs, fat, protein) and if I'm meeting nutrition requirements or other custom goals I can set myself. There is a little section for journaling, too.
