We are a group of women who for 1 reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.
Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.

I'm finally caught up and starting now DH and I are back on track. Moving and then going to Vegas really did a number on us. I think I gained around 7# in the last 4 weeks.

Okay, ladies, I feel as though I've hit a brick wall. I've been using BabyFit since DS arrived, but it's not working for me anymore. Basically, I become obsessive about every little calorie. This has happened the last time I used FitDay, SparkPeople, and now BabyFit. Basically, this particular system backfires when I try to use it.
Can anybody recommend something that I can't make more difficult than it's supposed to be? I need something I can follow because left to my own devices my huge appetite gets the better of me. :(

I'd like to firm up and to lose ~6 pounds (have to weigh myself tomorrow morning to find out how much I really need to lose).
I am attending my cousin's wedding in San Jose on October 18th and I'd like to look GOOD.
I haven't seen most of my family in almost 2 years, since I'm on the East Coast. The last time I saw them, I was 5months pregnant w/ my 2nd/last child.
I have this fabulous red dress, almost strapless except for 2 spaghetti straps that looked great many moons ago, so that dress will be my motivator.
I know I can lose the weight: I lost ~16 pounds and dropped down to ~18% body fat for my wedding. But that was over 5 years ago, and 2 babies ago.
So it'll be MUCH harder this time around.
Sorry if this is too much info.
I really would like all your support and I'd love to support you.
For my wedding, I had 2 online supporters who were also trying to lose weight for their February wedding, and we were GREAT for each other.
I think the 3 of us lost over 70pounds together.
