I was looking at the Worst Job You've Ever Had and couldn't think of one...well, I can, I'm just not sure it's the worst. I could definitely think of the best one though. I love teaching, which has always been my aspiration, but there is another job that was the best.
I worked as a cadet for my college police department. I loved it.
So, what's your best job you've ever had?

The best job I've ever had... by far... is a summer temp position in a fitness center on an Army base. I was 19 and my job (for which I got paid upwards of $10/hr) was to hand out towels and watch guys lift weights and play basketball... and of course the games were always shirts vs. shirtless. Drooooool factor on this job was waaay up there! :p

I really like my current job (lawyer for fed govt) , but the best one I ever had was as a judicial law clerk. Basically, you get to research and draft decisions for a judge, which is so amazing to do right out of law school (when most people typically have these jobs). Plus,as a litigator, there's no more invaluable education than getting to see how a courtroom works from the opposite side of the bench. I especially loved my time as a clerk because the judge I worked for was just amazing - a brilliant jurist and an incredible mentor. The only downside to the job was that it lasted only one year. :)
