Rain Hat?

I would like to get a hat to wear to and from work in the rain. Do you have such a hat? Have any ideas? I would like it to be work-appropriate, but cute.

I have a Burberry bucket hat that I sometimes wear. But, my hair is very short and I often end up with severe "hat head".
