Craigslist Question

How does it work? I found an item I'm interested in purchasing from someone who lives in my town. How do these exchanges usually take place?

You can meet in a public place if you don't want to meet at the persons house. Most transactions are in cash.

Every time we have sold something through craigslist the person has come to our house to pick up the item and we always accept cash only. All of our transactions have gone really smoothly - we've never had any problems.

Anytime I've bought or sold something, I've met the person in a public place. I recommend doing all transactions in cash.
