We are a group of women who for 1 reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.
Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.

We had someone from the Rec Center come and do our body composition at our TOPS meeting today and talk to us. That was really interesting! (but also an eye opener about how bad off I really am!) 55%, or 167.8# of me is pure fat. :eek: I should be 21-33%, or 36-66# of fat. Yikes!

I'm not starting out all that well, am I? Well, I haven't been exercising because of some spotting that I had last weekend. I have an u/s scheduled for Tuesday, so once we make sure everything is okay and I get the all clear from the dr I'll start exercising again. :)

With as poorly as I've been eating (dealing with some normal sleep issues), I'm surprised I didn't gain more. Once I can get going on some much put off home projects, that will automatically add in some serious cardio and weight training just by the nature of the projects. ;)

tgr I gained 30 pounds with my DD, and I had just made it to my pre-pgcy weight when I got this bfp. lol. I really need to get back on the gestational diabetes diet I was on with my DD. I'm sure that will help.
