Yes, the title's goofy. :D
I'm wondering what you ladies wear to work in the spring and summer. I work in a pretty casual environment (a school) but I try to look classier than the students since I'm a youngster myself (23). I've got the winter wardrobe down with my dress pants and sweaters, but I'm not sure about dressing for the warmer weather that I *hope* will be coming soon!
Thanks for your input!

In the summer I wear mostly skirts, Tshirts and flip flops. Before the students go away (I work at a university and it's warm in spring here), I try to step up the Tshirts to nicer short sleeved shirts and the flip flops to nicer sandals. We don't have AC, though, so pretty much anything within reason goes here in the summer!
dresses - I wear cotton or silk cardigans with the sleeveless ones
short-sleeved t's or knit shirts
skirts
camisoles with cardigans
lightweight khakis
sandals
Nice skirts with blouses or knit shirts (short sleeved)
Dresses - I have a few cotton shirtdresses that I love. They look crisp but not formal and I can do a lot with a funky necklace if I want to
Linen slacks and short sleeved blouses or knit tops
I would avoid cropped pants or capris, T shirts, and sundresses (unless I had a cardigan over it). I would also avoid flip flops.

Wrap dresses, dress pants/skirts and a more polished tee-shirt. I hate ironing so I only wear dressier tees versus dress shirts.

I always break out my skirts or dressy capris once spring gets here and I usually pair them with a cardigan or a lightweight sweater. I can't wear flip-flops or t-shirts at my school, but I can get away with wearing sandals. I look pretty young too (26) so I like to make sure the clothes that I'm wearing set me apart from the students. I hate being asked for a hall pass!
