It seems like my 4yo's feet grow so slowly! She's been an 8-8.5 since she was 3. It just seems so strange to me that she's been the same size for well over a year now. How fast do your kids' feet grow? Thanks! :)

My son is almost 3, and he is been in size 10 shoes for almost 3 months. He seems to get new shoes every 6-8 months (I kind of think the shoes stretch over time).

DS feet grow slowly too. He's almost 4 and has been in a size 9 for a good 9+ months.

Hmmmm....DS is just 3, so maybe it's b/c he's younger, but he's consistently gone up a size every 3-4 months...
fwiw, he's a size 12

Noah needed new shoes every 3 months until last year. Somehow those shoes lasted him almost 9 months! Lately, it seems that we buy him shoes for school in the fall and those last until spring, when it's time for sneaks and sandals. Then he outgrows those in time for school shoes again.

DS is 4 and for at least the last year he has had a two sets of shoes a season. sneakers or other closed shoe and a pair of boots in the fall/winter and sneakers and a pair of sandles in the spring summer. Well, last sping we also bought some cute rain boots which did not get much use.

For the past year, my son has needed new shoes about every 4-5 months - he is 4.25 and wearing an 11 in his sneakers and 11.5 in his other shoes and boots. Now I feel OK going up a full size rather than just 1/2 so they last a bit longer.

My kid's feet always grow faster in the summer -- the last two, she went up 3 1/2 sizes between May and October. Her feet didn't seem to grow in the winter, though.
