Urgent Help Needed! Dried Kidney Beans wrinkled!

I put some dried red kidney beans in a bowl to soak and a bunch of them are all wrinkled with the skin falling off. Is this normal? Are they ok to use? I wanted to use them to make chili so I need to know if I should toss these and buy new ones today? Please HELP!
