Weeks before she died, this woman left a sealed letter with a neighbor, stating that if anything happened to her, they should suspect her husband. Her husband was having an affair at the time, and she was "suspicious" of his "suspicious" behavior.

Her husband says she comitted suicided and wanted to frame him for her murder.

On one hand, I can't imagine being so fearful of you husband that you would write such a letter, but not tell anyone. What a horrible way to live. On the other hand, if you are intent on killing yourself anyway, why not bring the cheating bastard of a husband down with you.

I think the latter somewhat implausible, just because there were children involved and they are now being raised by his mistress, who is now their stepmother.

Those poor kids.

I read the article and the letter. I wonder what the "list" was that she talked about in the letter.

My best-friend growing up had a mother who was way off balance. I could easily see her writing a letter like this and framing her DH for her death. I wonder if there was any history of her having mental issues?

Just based on these few facts, I don't know if I'd be able to find him guilty. I'm sure there's more to the case though. I'd like to hear about the trial as it happens and know how it ends up.
