need word to adobe help FAST!

I think I may be going crazy! I thought I had converted plenty of word documents containing hyperlinks to pdfs and the hyperlinks still worked but today, we changed a word document to a pdf and the hyperlinks have been diabled and we can't get them to link.

Is there something I am doing wrong or have hyperlinks never converted into pdf documents?

I just saved a word document as a PDF and the hyperlink transferred just fine.

Are you going to print and then selecting PDF or are you going to Save As...PDF.

Not sure if it makes a difference but I hit print and then selected the PDF option.
