I was just writing out deposit slip and remembered back to my first checking account. I actually knew my checking account number. I don't think I've memorized a checking account number in many years now. At least probably not outside of that original account and maybe one more since then.
And of course, I don't remember phone numbers any more either. Actually, I don't even bother to try to remember them. Everything is programed into my phone. Which doesn't help if I'm away from my phone and need to call my guy or my family, or my girlfriends.
I know my social security, but not my guy's. I can recall the phone number at my childhood home, but can't tell you what my guy's cell phone number is. I also remember my locker combo from junior high and we know how useful that can be. Do we just not bother to remember numbers because we automate everything now? At this rate, I'm afraid that I might forget passwords to my online accounts :o

I know my SSN, partial of DHs (the last four that I'm always asked as a security code), DHs parents phone number (how I can remember that and not other numbers is beyond me!), my work number, my work fax number (mainly b/c I have to give them out occasionally), my cell, DHs cell, a cousins # (they've had it since before we got cells)....I think that's it.
BTW - that locker code could be good for something. ;) Bank ATM cards, etc.

I was thinking this morning about how it's weird that I remember some numbers and not others. We have this number to call into work to see if it's cancelled due to weather and I have that memorized. However, I don't know my best friend's phone number. I have to look it up everytime. I memorized DS's SSN the first time I saw it, but don't know DH's. My mind is just weird.
DH doesn't know his license plate number. I yell at him for it all the time. (Of course I don't know it either. His, I mean. I know mine.)

I don't know my home phone number... well I do but I really have to think about it. I use the cell as a home phone and just have the land line for emergencies.
But I do remember my childhood phone number and we moved from there when I was 12yrs old!

The only phone numbers I know are work, my parents, my brother's, and my own. I don't know what I would do if I lost my cell phone! I know my SSN, my license plate number, part of BF's, and bank account number.
I also remember my childhood phone number and a few of my friends' numbers.

I know pretty much all of our personal stuff for both me and DH. (SSN, bank cards, account numbers, phone numbers) DH thinks I'm a freak, but I just remember stuff like that easily.
I don't know family phone numbers because they are programmed into my phone, but I do know the speed dial numbers for the 22 people on my contact list.
It would be funny to ask DH this same question. He doesn't remember anything.

My DH and I were just talking about this. I just rely on phone numbers in my cell phone. I remember my dad's because it is the same one from childhood.

I know our home phone, my mom's home phone, my aunt & uncle's home phone, DH's cell phone and my SSN. Granted, my mom and my aunt & uncle have lived in their respective houses and had those phone numbers for even longer than I've been alive, so I've known those numbers and my SSN since my parents first made me memorize them.
I have no idea what my cell phone number is but I hardly ever use it. DH uses his more than our home phone. Neither of us can ever remember his parents' home phone or either of their cell phone #s.

I am pretty good with phone numbers, even without my cel phone, but the one that amazes me, is that i still have my old lock (for my locker at high school) 13 years ago, and i still remember the number. I still use it at the gym. How it has stayed with me after many many moves, i have on idea.

My SSN, my work#, work Fax#'s, cell phone, DH's cell phone, my parent's home line, my sister's home line, a client's phone and fax because I dial them so often.
I don't know my bank account number as I rarely need to use it. It is crazy how few numbers I know now. I used to work for a bank and I had several of my customers' account numbers memorized because I saw them so frequently and they so frequently had me look their numbers up. I could not tell you a single one now.

Just credit card numbers.
I know my passport number sometimes. If I'm using it more regularly, it sticks...if not, I have to take a look to refresh LOL.

My ex-roomie used to call me "The Human Rolodex." I've got a knack for remembering series of numbers. I still know phone numbers for every close family and friend contact that I had as a teenager, even if they don't use the numbers anymore. I know DH's SS number off the top of my head, but he has to ask me for mine. At one point, I knew my entire credit-card number, but I've since cancelled that account. I know both checking-account numbers. Even here at work, even if I can't tell you what a specific external contact's phone number is, many times I can recognize it if I see it and tell you, "Oh, that's so-and-so's number." I *almost* have my driver's license number memorized.
However, I have a harder time remembering phone numbers for friends I've made more recently. Maybe I'm getting old. ;)

I don't know (reliably) DH's ss#, either of my ds's ss#, my bank acct #, dh's license plate #, ANYONE'S drivers license # (some states have your ss# as your #, ours, however, does not), my IL's home or cell #s.
I DO know just about everyone's address, childhood phone #, the old work phone # that I had, my ex-fh's phone # (and it's an international one, no less!)...
I'm just a cluster of useless information :p

I know mine and DHs SSN.
I know my phone number and my address, though I have troubke with the zip sometimes.
I don't know the ILs phone number, a number of family members, and our bank number and cc numbers. Most of that stuff is written out anyways.

I know Dh's cell #, but that's mainly because he had his before mine so I had to dial it a lot. I know our home #, my work # - although they start with the same digits so I've screwed up a few times and given my work number when I mean to give my home number, and vice versa.
I don't know DH's SS#, but I know my DD's. I don't know her cell # by heart though, I always use my memory keys on my cell. I also don't know anyone else's phone numbers, I always have to look them up if I need to give them out. I know my PIN number for my debit card, but not the one DH uses.
I don't know our credit card numbers off the top of my head. I keep a list with all our online user names and passwords because I'd never remember them.

Hm...this is really bad but I don't know that much. I know my SSN. I know my old DL # from Texas but I haven't learned my new one. I know my husband's cell # because it's only one digit off mine. I don't know his SSN, although I should because I always need it for insurance. I finally learned my license plate # but it took about 2 years. I don't know the bank account #.
And if I lost my cell phone I'd be absolutely screwed. :)
Oddly enough I do remember my old home # from childhood as well as my childhood BF's #.

My cell #, SO's #, parents #, and my SSN. I can't even remember my own license plate number!
The funny thing is, I used to be able to remember all this kind of crap, no problem. Now I program things into my cell phone or outlook, and that's it! Poof, I never think about it again!

I don't know my drivers license number, DH's or DD's SSN or my checking account number. I used to know my checking account number (including the routing number!) until my checkbook got stolen and I had to close that account and open a whole new one. My sister just changed her phone number after years and years and I don't have the new number by heart yet.

I must have some wierd condition because I remember almost every number I've ever heard. Once I dial a number in a phone once, I remember it. I still know all of my childhood friends phone numbers and addresses. I know DH's SSN and both of my DD's. I can never get any numbers out of my head!
