HELP!
A while back I made two meatloafs and froze one of them (uncooked) for another night. I put the frozen loaf in the fridge last night, but it's still frozen. Is it ok to put it in the oven if it's still mostly frozen or will it turn out horribly? Do I need to do anything like reduce the cooking temp?
TIA!

I would thaw it our first because if it's still frozen in the center, when you cook it the outside will be crispy and the center will still be raw. You might be able to cook it at a really low temperature, but I've never tried that.
You could put it in ziploc and then submerge it in cold water... chances are it would be thawed in a half hour or so.

Thanks! I'll try the cold water trick!

You could thaw it in the microwave too. Since it's getting all cooked together, any uneven spots won't ruin the final product.
