We are a group of women who for 1 reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

I really need to shed 20 lbs. to get back to the weight I was almost 2 years ago when I was happy with how I looked! A few weeks ago I was doing well and managed to get myself back into the 150's but as you see I gained it back over the last few weeks. I'm ready for a fresh start and others to keep me motivated.

I haven't been to the gym much this week, but my new role at work involves A LOT of walking (I want to get a pedometer to see how much walking I really have been doing!), so I think that's helped!

Will FINALLY be able to start going back to the gym today. Had sciatica (pulled back muscle) and I think it has healed enough to where I can start back up at the gym slowly. But it's all good considering that even without working out, I'm still losing weight. Last week 4 people said that they could tell I'm still losing weight and that is enough motivation for me!

Hi ladies... Sorry I haven't posted for a while, but I was in kind of a funk after my m/c 3 weeks ago. But I'm ready to get back in the saddle and really hit this weight loss hard! The dr wants us to wait 2 months before we do another medicated cycle, so I'm going to try to lose as much as possible in that time. I'm seriously considering trying that detox plan BumbleB posted a few weeks back sometime in the next week or 2.
