A month or so ago I fell in love with Fage yogurt (Greek yogurt--it's non-fat but is very creamy). I bought a lot. Then I got pregnant and developed an aversion to it, and we still have a lot--like 8-10 cups.
Any ideas about what to do with it? We use a little yogurt here and there, like in banana bread, but I'd rather use it all up and be done with it.
Maybe something like a cheesecake?
Anyone?

How about adding it to a fruit smoothie?
No Pudge-Fudge brownies (its a mix) calls for a container of yogurt.
You could make up a few batches of muffins/banana breads and freeze them...

It freezes o.k. The texture is a little off when it thaws but it tastes just as yummy. If you stir it up with honey, you can't notice the texture difference. They didn't sell it in my area until recently so whenever I would visit home, I would stock up and freeze enough to last until my next visit.

You could make yogurt cheese and make tzatziki (a greek cucumber and mint recipe). You can also use it with some curry or cumin to marinate chicken, and then you can bake it and it stays really moist.

Chicken Paprikash (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Campbells-Kitchen-Easy-Chicken-Paprikash/Detail.aspx) - Easy and tasty! It's one of the few things I can actually make. :)

What about putting it in muffins? Stoneyfield has recipes on their website, maybe Fage does too.

smoothies are great- I use frozen fruit (mangoes or strawberries) with yogurt and maybe a little sugar, just mixed up in the blender. When I was pregnant the first time I used to have those for breakfast all the time.
