freezing cookie dough

i'm so sorry, i know this is probably covered in the cookie thread, but i couldn't find it. i want to make a lot of dough and freeze it this weekend. i'm planning on doing oatmeal raisin, gingerbread men, the white choc cranberry and snickerdoodles. anyone know if any of those should NOT be put in the freezer?? thank you!!

I've frozen chocolate chip, oatmeal, peanut butter and sugar. I've done them prior to baking (some work better in logs, others in balls) and after they've been baked.
