This may be a silly question but....

Is it illegal to have a poker party in your home?

I am not sure but we have had plenty but it was only between friends.

I am pretty sure it is fine if it for fun only. You can play for money, but as long as the "house" or persons running it, don't make money just for having it. Hope that makes sense.

In illegal poker games the "house" will make a % of each pot. As long as you don't do that, you are good to go.
