I am training for first marathon..started running early 2005...

I have been running for a gazillion (23) years but am 6 months post partum so I feel like I am starting over!

I ran a ten mile race today.

When is your marathon?? I was supposed to run one in Nov but things are too hectic so I am signing up for one in March.

Its in three weeks...did my last long run yesterday...it is now taper time:D

I'm a runner, I'm currently training for my first half marathon in the beginning of October. I run about 4.5 miles 5 days a week then I do one extended run on Saturdays. Today I did 6.5 miles and in the beginning of May I will try to bump it up to 8 miles one day a week.
