Has anybody had meals delivered?
I've found some sites online that look interesting, but I haven't ever heard from anybody who has used this type of service. Thanks!

I'm not sure exactly what kind of meals you're thinking of, but...
I've done a Zone Diet delivery service before. It was a local company with fresh food delivered daily. Not only did I lose like 12 pounds in a month (!) but the food was really fantastic. It was not cheap, however. There are several national Zone programs that deliver frozen meals, but the quality is not nearly as good as the fresh.
I've also had meals delivered from a S. CA service called Susan's Healthy Gourmet. This can be used as a diet, or just for convenience. The food is delicious and very fresh. I found the prices to be reasonable for what you were getting, and it was easy to get someone on the phone if you needed to.
I'd suggest looking for companies in your area that do this, as locally prepared and delivered meals are always best.

Specifically, I found these companies, but I'm not interested in any particular company, just the concept in general. Actually, it would be good to know of any that people liked or didn't like. :D

when my FIL passed away a group of CC gals sent us a HUGE package of meals from Ala Zing. They were quite tasty and definitely good to have around. I still have a couple boxes of some sides left (and two of the desserts).
When my friend just got out of the hospital, I sent her a smaller package from Omaha Steaks (parent company to Ala Zing). She loved her food.

Thanks, Katy! I checked their website, and they're having a huge sale right now. :) Yay!

I have some of my meals delivered each week (two lunches and four dinners). I use a local caterer that also does daily meals. They are delivered fresh/refridgerated (not frozen) each day. The menu is always changing, they're pretty healthy and proportional and soooo convenient.

My boss did Zone Delivery as well, and I got to eat some of it while she was away on vacation. Definitely fresh, healthy, and tasty, but I have no idea how much it cost (probably a lot)! I'd definitely order it for myself if it was within my budget. They made tofu taste fantastic!
