I'm looking for websites that have Halloween costumes for infants. I've checked out Babycenter.com and they have a limited selection for DD's age (she'll be 7 months @ Halloween). Please let me know if you have any suggestions!

Thanks! :D

I'm looking for a halloween costume for DD as well. I have my eye out for an octopus costume that Babystyle.com had last year. I have no idea if they're going to sell them again this year. I did find one on ebay but its 6-12 months (DD will be 4 months on Halloween) In case you're interested (its on ebay):

Ok, I admit....i've already bought my DD's costume(s)...yep 2 LOL.
I couldn't decide, so I bought them both. I'm still waiting for the lamb to arrive then i'll try them on and probably sell the one that doesn't "fit" her (size and cuteness-wize). I think i'm leaning towards the lamb right now though :D

Lots of cute ones here. (http://www.brandsonsale.com/infant-halloween-costumes.html)

A nice collection and seemingly reasonable prices here. (http://www.halloweencostumes4u.com/infant.html)

One more here. (http://www.anniescostumes.com/chnewtod.htm?source=adwords)

The cutest baby costume I've ever seen was a baby dressed as a ladybug sitting in a red wagon "dressed" to look like a leaf! The little ladybug just sat happily on her "leaf" while her mama pulled her! TOO cute!!!

Good luck! Let us know what you pick!

december babystyle already has their costumes up http://www.babystyle.com/common/dProductFrame.asp?DepartmentID=1&CategoryID=1625&SubCategoryID=2024&ClassID=2915 . they have the octopus in pale pink this year, too cute. i suggest you get it now if you want it, last year they sold out and they were going for $80. on ebay. i got it for my dd last year and it ended up being way too big (she was also 4 mos.), the sizing looks a little different this year though.

i really want a homemade sock monkey costume for my dd this year, i'm gonna look for a seamstress to make it.

BooeyJ2 - did you get the Panda costume at the site you mentioned?? (Never mind, I just looked myself!) Thanks for posting it!!!! It is too cute. We have a panda stuffed animal - first gift that DH got me - and we take a photo of DD with it every month on her birthday. It would be a perfect Halloween costume for her. Now I have to decide between that, "Baby Chewbacca" (somehow, DH's friend's nickname for him is "Chewy" - from Chewbacca), and "Becca Boo" - a simple "Boo" onesie that I have yet to find, and then add "Becca" to it - it's a nickname we often call her!

I have some costume sites bookmarked at home. I'll come back and post any if they're different from the sites already mentioned (I recognize some of the sites).

those are both cute! Thanks so much!! I had found the Disney one after I posted and went searching! DD will be 11 months old so I guess Ill just go with the 12 month size...even though shes very petite! She is now 8 1/2 months old and can still wear 3-6 months and some of her shorts are even 0-3 months!!!!

mm i was surprised, the chick is even cuter in person. for tights -- there was an old martha stewart kids costume with a white chick wearing red and white striped tights, it was really cute, so i might try to find those (good luck  ). otherwise, it's yellow or possibly dark orange with orange shoes. can you tell i've put a lot of thought into this ;)

I'm looking for some sort of animal costume for my dd. Probably a chick or a kitten (domestic or wild cat) My edd is only a week before halloween, and I'm afraid she'll be swimming in it, since most of the ones I see are for 0-9 or 3-6 mo. Any ideas? Maybe I should stick with a Halloween outfit instead-like a onsie and some matching orange pants?

mm yay!!! thanks for the tights, i think those might be perfect, now i just need orange shoes.

december thanks for the link, i might just get those, too. i was scrambling for tights at the last minute last year.

marchfamily you should be fine with the 6-12 size, that's what my dd is wearing and she's 18 lbs, around 30". we tried the chick, shark, fish and octopus and they're all pretty wide.

chad and liz i think any costume you might find will still be big on your newborn. plus, they're usually made out of scratchy polyester. maybe you could make a costume with a plain sleeper and a hanna andersen pilot cap with some felt ears sewn on or if you're lazy like me, just go with a halloween type outfit.
