For those of you who didn't read this in the other thread, I found this interesting scoop in an LJ BB8 community:

Hey guys! I have been checking out different web pages trying to find out who any possible couples might be. www.realitybbq.com has figured out two possible pairs. First one is Carol and Jessica. They didn't say how they know each other in real life. The second one is Daniele and Dick. Daniele is Dick's daughter! They found a picture of the two of them on Dick's myspace account. They also quoted him writing in his myspace saying, "I haven't been a great dad. My daughter hasn't spoken to me for about a quarter of her life. Part her fault, part mine... but, yes... This appears to be Carol. I couldn't find a listing for Jessica as a dancer, but since Carol's hometown is listed as Haysville, the same as Jessica, you can be they're paired. Just haven't figured out how. Wonder if they went to high school together....could be catty :)

He's totally crazy and loves to have fun- a real character! We went to New Orleans for Halloween one year and had a BLAST. He would get up on the stage at clubs and dance and approach anyone and start a conversation. Definitely a social butterfly! This was a few years ago, but based on the fact that he signed up for BB, I'd say it's probably still true! I'll have to scan in some pics...LOL!

Out of anyone that I've ever been friends with, I probably had the most fun with him. I'm so excited to watch!

I'm so excited for the show to start tonight! :) It's been driving me nuts that they have been in the house for a couple of days and we don't know what is going on!

I'll fess up that I did sign up for the feeds. But when I'm at work and curious about what's going on Jokers Updates and Big Brother Updates are my favorite website for live feed info. I really commend the people who transcribe the live feeds, that's got to be hard!

There are already a couple that I can tell are going to annoy me but there are a few that will definitely entertain me. DH and I were cracking up when they were guessing who the enemies were. I'm thinking this could be an entertaining season!

I feel bad for Danielle/Dick - it is one thing to have a high school rival or even an ex, but a family member relationship, I don't think has any place on national tv. I didn't like it when they put Cowboy and Nakomis together.

They have been in the house for quite a few days already, so that's where the footage came from. Only in the first season or 2 did they go into the house live.

Jessica is my person in the office pool. Ugh....Don't think I will be winning any money this summer.

I do feel bad about this. I have a similar (non) relationship with my father and can't imagine dealing with it in a setting like that. Granted, I'll keep watching the show, but I do feel like things like this and the Cowboy/Nakomis thing are really exploitative. Not cool!

Some of these people are driving me nuts already. I CANNOT STAND Jen, who comes off as so full of herself, nor can I stand the rival girl of Carol's (I think Jessica?). Anyway, her voice lends herself to my immediate conclusion that she is not smart. Maybe not fair, but she sounds like a little girl!

I do love the setup of the house, though! Fun Alice in Wonderland theme. :)

I do feel really sorry for Danielle. She seems like such a sweet girl. Dick, however, doesn't seem as irritating as I thought he'd be. While I don't think it's necessarily "nice" that they paired those two up, I think I might like him just for the drama factor.

I didn't realize we have ShowToo. I DVRd the 3 hours last night and will FF through it to see if there was anything good.

Like all seasons I think it's kind of boring at first. As the weeks go by I get more into it.

shushyk ~ I haven't seen you around in forever! Glad you're here. This is catgirl1007 BTW - we went through a few 2ww together. :) Anyway, I heard that too and was confused (about the job). I also have a hard time hearing it on Showtime so I have the volume turned way up and when the few commercials come on I get blown away.

I like his accent too! I didn't know where he was from, but hearing him talk last night I said he's either from Minnesota or nearby! I went to school in Wisc, so I miss those accents!

As far as Eric, I guess since the public is making his eviction picks and he has to do "extra" tasks etc, you could say it's harder for him to make it the end. For instance, if somewhere down the line he is in an alliance and one of the members is on the block he might still have to vote that person out if America says to. So it could get him into some tough situations. I don't know...just kind of thinking out loud. So far I like him, so I'd have no problem at this point with him getting $ for the challenges as well as winning.

Those of you watching After Dark, is it still live? When we watched the first few, it said "live" in the bottom corner, but I noticed on last night's show it didn't say that. There was a quick editing moment that when I watched it, I said to myself that it was too good of editing to have been done live. Basically they switched from the kitchen to the hammock for one sentence (literally), which was a zinger, then right back to the kitchen. It just seemed to good of an edit to happen live.

there is tension. in one of the bb after dark episodes jameka was talking w/ amber about either nick or zach (can't remember for sure which one, but i think it was nick). jameka asked one of them a question and he blatantly ignored her and then left the room. amber was trying to reassure jameka, but jameka is really sensitive about the whole thing.

YAY for Dick!!!! DH and were high-fiving we were so excited! Jen is so out of there!
Kail little all boy alliance is crumbling, and now she knows it since she's the only one who voted for Dick.

It was a tough call this week because Joe is so funny to watch and some of his comments are genius, but I'm more fo a Dick fan.
I love how he calls people out. I mean everyone else is so secretive and behind your back, but not Dick he just goes for the jugular!! LOL

Danielle is one smart little cookie. They all think they can pull one over on the blonde, but she knows exactly what's going on!

I believe she had to wear it for the week. So I think yesterday should be the last time we have to see her in that thing. Though she will probably keep wearing it for the attention.

Someone mentioned earlier about the After Dark being edited. It seems to me to be. Someone will be in one room and then a minute later be somewhere else. Seems like they would need more time to finish their conversation and walk to the next location and sit down and be in another conversation.

I agree that Dick shouldn't put Jen up. Someone else will go after her next week.

Anyone watch After Dark last night? Kail was FLIPPING out. She is gonna rat out Zack and Nick as being traitors of an "HANDSHAKE" alliance.. she is sooo miffed about it.

Dick was telling Danielle that Jen said that Kail was like Janelle..... I SCREAMED WTF so loud my hubby could hear me upstairs. Kail is Totally a nerd herder... so much like Maggie. How on earth could anyone think Kail and Janelle were anything a like.

Jameka's birthday is today they were counting down to it last night.

I hear Dick say that he was going to put up Jen and Kail. I want both out but it would be better for the house for Kail to be gone. It would be better for me personally not to ever have to hear Jen ever again.

I really can't believe the way Dick has been acting. I'm glad Danielle called him out for it. I totally see how he is controlling and manipulative. ACK! Dustin better not back door Dick. I swear if Dick goes home the shows rating will go down the tubes IMO. Everyone else on the show is boring(except for Jen acting/being stupid).
