Oh goody - I felt so good about this past week - I really worked hard on watching what I ate and moving more - I also had a very short cycle, so I think I may have been bloated last week due to an sooner-than-expected AF. In any case, I feel better about it than I did last week. :D My problem now, is keeping it up - a lot of times when I've lost some, then I feel like it's ok to start adding some foods back in that really I shouldn't be thinking of till I've lost the whole goal amount.

I forgot to update from last Friday again. I gained back the pound I lost the week before.

I am doing much better this week and can not wait to post my results. :)

I'm finding working out very hard in the heat. We don't have A/C and our cat thinks he's tuff and isn't fixed so we must keep our windows shut. And I don't go to the gym.

Ah, so that's the secret. Unfortunately for me, I've tried to do a low-carb diet, and it does a number on my stomach. I'm one of those people who feels better when eating carbs. Oh well!

This is bad considering how high my goal is. Just need to kick in into gear now that there are no more vacations. Not that I'm making excuses, but something funky is going on with my cycle and that may have affected things. Yeah, that sounds like an excuse...need to work harder!
