I have a recipe that calls for ground savory but I can't find any in the stores I have been to....is this a not so common herb? I haven't been to any high-end stores to look for it and I've already spent my grocery budget this week so I'm wondering if there isn't a substitute herb I can use.

Can anyone help???

You could use Marjoram, Basil or Thyme according to this site (http://olivechefs.wordpress.com/cooking-substitute-encyclopedia/)
