Non-cap sleeve t-shirts?

I have big upper arms, and I don't think cap sleeve t-shirts are a good look on me. Unfortunately, that's all I seem to be able to find right now. Has anyone seen fitted t-shirts with a more traditional (longer) short sleeve recently?

Yup, check out Kohls. They have the longer sleeves that come to mid-bicep, and they're a sturdier knit. You could definitely get away with them for a business casual setting.
