the ad was funny, but the song choice was terrible. she should have gone with smashmouth.

I thought it was awful! Could they be worse performers? They both seemed so stiff. And why pick a song by a Canadian for your campaign song?

ejs - they didn't pick it... they had song choices for people to vote for on her website and the Celine one won. Now, if they should have made it an option in the first place, that's another question ;).

Yeah, I don't know why Celine Dion was even a choice. Nothing against Canada, but c'mon! And Celine sucks big hairy monkey balls.

ejs - they didn't pick it... they had song choices for people to vote for on her website and the Celine one won. Now, if they should have made it an option in the first place, that's another question ;).

Thanks for explaining that! Maybe it was a case of a "vote for the worst" campaign like American Idol. :)

I thought the commerical was great! I'm waiting, though for the "outsourcing" jokes and criticisms to begin re: using Celine's song. ;->
