Natalie~I was just thinking about you today! How are you feeling? Any signs of impending labor?

Sophia~Please be sure to take time to grieve. I know there is a lot going on right now that you are dealing with, and I completely understand how welcome the distraction is. Thinking of you and praying for your family.

39 weeks tomorrow and nothing is happening yet. I go to the OB today and I'm praying that he says I'm like 5cm! We'll see! I'm starting to be really ready to have this baby! Thanks for thinking of me everyone! I'll be sure and post when he comes!

Sophia - OMG! I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. As we are all different and live under different circumstances, definitely grieve at your own speed. I know with the little ones, it's hard to sit and obsess, which I agree, makes it almost helpful for us to continue on each day. Take care. (hugs)

Thanks, ladies. We are currently awaiting a peds GI referral and appt. I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't have the disease that he was tested for a couple of months ago. His blood work came back normal with the exception of one liver enzyme which was 2 pts above the high level but doc isn't that concerned about it...said he'd be more worried about it if were higher but 2 pts isn't that much of a cause for concern. His lead levels came back at 2 which he said were mildly elevated for someone his age but they don't treat it until it gets to be over 10. Not exactly sure why it's that high because I routinely check the toys against the recall list. His thyroid was in the normal range and another level was elevated but he said that is always high in young children due to their bones growing. It's just not normal for a child to be in such agony to go to the bathroom (extremely rigid, scream in pain/agony, get extremely red all over). It makes me heart break when he attempts to go to the bathroom. It's either extremely runny (on meds daily and still screams) or hard, large, and like clay and goes days (upwards of 5 or more) between stools.

And to add insult on to an already full plate my SIL decided not to send DD back with everything we sent her with. They were suppose to be coming back last weekend and were going to bring her clothes back. Well they decided not to come back and never bothered to return a call or answer their phones. DH and his brother were suppose to do some work around our house (it was the 3rd time they'd agreed to help but the previous times they never showed up). So when I asked SIL about it I had to wait almost 3 days for a response. She tells me that she mailed the clothes but I've yet to see them. I ask her about the sippy cup we sent her with and she informs me that she kept it and sent the one home she had bought. She figured we could use that one with DS.....ummmmm, let's think about this for a minute. It's pink and purple so DH would never allow me to use it for DS not to mention it's not even the same size cup as she claims. I measured it up against the other cup that came with ours. Then when I ask why they didn't bother to answer or return DH's calls she says that she thought he understood that they may not be able to come back. Uh, that's not what you said when we picked DD up and cancelled our plans to go to your house. Whatever. Then when I tell her that we are putting up our tree this weekend and that our friend will help when he and his family are back at the end of the month she informs me that we need to wait until after the weekend of the 8th and 9th to put it up since they are planning to be back then and help with the project. Planning is the key word there. That will be the 4th time we've made plans to do the project. I wasn't happy about being told I couldn't put up my tree until then. That leaves 2 wks that the tree will be up for Christmas. I want my tree up longer as I totally enjoy the lights and ornaments. Plus now with the problems with DS I don't even know that we'll be around then. And that's the likely week I'll be having my left hand operated on unless things change concerning something with DS.

Sophia ~ OMG! My deepest sympathy on the death of your sister. {{{HUGS}}} I'm glad that your DH wasn't injured any worse in the car wreck. I know following my FIL's unexpected death knowing that we were going to be welcoming a little one helped keep my mind off of it. And last year following my mom's serious illness having DD around at the hospital was a welcome distraction.

I can't the believe the girls will be a year old. That means my little guy won't be far behind in celebrating his first birthday either. Guess I should get to work planning his party more. I hope you are feeling better from the stomach flu very soon. I had it in March and was very ill.

Nat ~ Hope you got good news at your appt today.

Hi Meri - my 2 cents worth, forget your SIL, she'll probably only cancel at the last minute again. And, I can only imagine, when and if you do wait for her, she'll only criticize your tree and ornaments so do what YOU like. Get your tree and enjoy it. Just tell her that you and your DH had a spot of time that worked well for you both and decided to do it when you could, especially with 2 little ones! And, don't tell her it's up until they show up/last minute. I think she should know what it feels like on the other end of things. I hope your little boy is doing better. I know its so stressful when the little ones aren't well.

announcing the arrival of Doak Bailey
weighing in at 9lbs 8oz, 23 inches long  (Addie was 6lbs, 6oz, 18.5 inches)
born 12-2 4:17 pm at 39 weeks 3 days

I started having contractions early Sun morning around 1:30am. We hung out at home until 6am and then went to the hospital. I labored until about 3pm with no drugs and it was awesome! I had a great nurse and DH was fabulous. I used the exercise ball tons or stood up and leaned on DH for most of my labor. Around 3pm we decided to break my water since I hadn't progressed for about 3 hrs. Things started getting really unbearable and my OB figured out that DS was posterier (face up). I was in so much pain, looking back it was like a bad tv movie-I was screaming, thought I was going to die, etc! I ended up with an epidural and I'm so glad I did. I don't think I would have had the strength to push out that 9 pounder! We had no clue he would be so big and even after he was born we were thinking he might weigh 8lbs or so. It was a huge shock! He's great and I'm doing great. We're at home and my mom is here to help which is so nice!

Congratulations, Nat!! he's absolutely gorgeous!! I cannot believe little ole you carried and delivered a 9+ pound baby (and look so good after doing so!). I don't know where you were keeping him!

I'm sure this is fueling DH's desire to get him padded up and on the field ASAP. Looks like you've got a future linebacker there. ;)

DS update ~ We got the appt to the pediatric GI doc but have to wait for about a month and a half. I just hope the weather is good that day as it's at least a 2 1/2 hour drive (probably 3 hours to 3 1/2 hours). In the meantime we have an appt for an echo for a possible heart problem. I swear the hits just coming for us. I seriously hope next year is better.

As an experiment we've started giving him the hypoallergenic formula (at $25+ a can) to see if it helps with things. So far there has been a little improvement so that's a good thing.

Santa ~ We went this past weekend and it was a wonderful (rolleyes) experience. We went to get her some shoes first but the store didn't have anything so then we went to look around the kid's clothes area. She proceeded to have a major meltdown in the store. She only wanted my mom to pick her up and no one else. So once I got her we went outside to sit on one of the benches and have a little talk. She wanted to go see Santa and then waved at him nonstop while we were waiting around. We get ready to go up to sit in the sleigh and all heck breaks lose again. She wouldn't go up for anything. So it was just DS and I in the picture with Santa. DS couldn't quite figure out who the man in the red suit and white stuff all over his face was. He tried to cry a few times but then he stopped. The guy gave us some tips for next year and we will use them.

Diane ~ Thanks. The tree went up earlier this week. I wasn't ever going to wait on them to come back anyway. I know full well that something else will come up and they won't be back the weekend. I'm still waiting the clothes she supposedly mailed over a week ago. At least DH feels the same way about it (not the first time she's been this way - she's basically told me that I don't have a job and can stay up as late as needed because I have nothing to do in the mornings. Guess she forgot that she stays home as well - well, she did get a job in early November and then "freaked" when she got home and called and told them she quit - but then it's a job for her. Whatever.) She does exactly what she wants....that was made clear after she canceled our Thanksgiving plans and then invited her aunt and uncle (she canceled on an uncle as he was planning to go up as well). She could have sent the clothes back home with them...DH sees their DD everyday at work and I know it wouldn't have bothered her one bit.

Natalie ~ Congratulations!! What a big boy you have. He's just precious!

In my case baby #2 was smaller than #1 by at least a pound.

Meri: Hope you can figure out what is going on with Alex, soon. I'm sure it's stressful not knowing.
Thanks. It is stressful.

Liz ~ We don't have an appt with an actual cardiologist just yet. He's just scheduled for the echo and if it shows something then I'm sure we'll be referred to a pediatric cardiologist.

Ferris ~ At least we didn't cause a major scene at a large mall. The one we went to is fairly small. But the prices for the pictures are much cheaper at that one compared with the other. I about fell on the floor when I saw the prices for the Easter bunny pic. For what they were charging I could have rented an Easter bunny costume and dressed up myself and had DH take the pics (or vice versa) and saved myself a bunch.

What we were told was that next year if we call them and let them know we are coming Santa won't be sitting in the sleigh. Well all go sit in the sleigh and he'll come up behind us so neither one of the kids can see him and have the picture taken that way. They've done it before. He said from his experience DS will probably act similar next year. (And that's probably true because he'll be about 2. DD wasn't sure about Santa last year when we did the kids' Christmas party at DH's unit. But at least she was in the picture but I had to be right beside her. She wouldn't sit on his lap. The previous year she was the talk of the party as she was very intrigued by Santa.) Apparently this guy has been playing Santa for a few years and hates to freak the kids or cause them to be afraid for years to come. He even gave DD a candy cane for just attempting getting her picture taken. He said it was so cute how she waved at him and was all happy until it came time for the picture. Even after we had the pic taken she was all smiles with him.

Anyone have any Enfamil coupons they'd be willing to give me? I'd very much appreciate it.

Meri,
Our family photographer did the “sneak up” approach for our pictures with Santa last year. It turned out really cute. There’s one picture of Caroline sitting in an arm chair eating a cookie with Santa peering over the back of the chair at her. The next is her looking up at him and realizing he’s back there. And the next picture is her still looking up, but this time in total meltdown mode realizing she’d been dooped and terrified of the big man in red. I love the way they turned out.

Sorry, no coupons yet. I’m actually surprised that we haven’t been bombarded with formula checks yet as we got TONS with DD. I did receive a Similac one a few days ago if you are interested.

Liz ~ Glad to hear the sneak up approach worked. It sounds really neat and am looking forward to it. I signed up for the formula checks/coupons and didn't get anymore than I got the first time with DD. Well, I did get Goodstart ones but we didn't use that kind.

Right now we've got him the Nutramigen (or how ever it's spelled) which is the Enfamil version. That's what the ped wants us to use for now. Who knows what the GI doc will say so I may be interested in should it get changed.

Julie ~ Yes, he was 3 wks early but I don't think the hospital weighed or measured him correctly. I've not heard of a head shrinking and neither had the doc's office so either someone was off or something. He would have been at least 2 wks early no matter what as that was the latest I was being allowed to go. We aren't doing the NextStep just yet. We are seeing if possibly the soy is adding to his problems. We'll use it at some point though so I might be interested in it if you aren't going to be using it.

Naamah ~ I'd always heard that boys were bigger than girls and I know it held true for my older cousins (girl first and I don't remember her birth weight but I know her brother was close to 10lbs at birth and when his wife and him had their baby two years ago he also weighed close to 10lbs at birth). I'm trying to remember if it was true for my two younger cousins but I just don't remember their weights.

Stay safe in the nasty weather.

Ferris ~ I hope you don't have the issues you had with Douglas' pregnancy either.

DS Update ~ He's got a pretty loud murmur and we are anxiously awaiting the results of the echo. Unfortunately we won't have them for about 7 to 10 days. For as loud as he is it's pathological in nature. Now we just have to wait to find out what. I swear that we definitely in need of some good luck very soon. My poor little boy has been through so much. So now we'll probably be adding a cardiologist visit to our list of docs. As if the ped GI doc wasn't enough.

Need to get the rest of the Christmas cards ready. Most of the presents are bought with the exception of a few small things that we will get later this week. I'm so glad that everything is wrapped and hidden away so little eyes can't find it.

As mentioned above Naamah and I are in a nasty ice storm. There are some without power (I know I have an aunt that has been without it all day and I'm pretty sure my aunt and uncle in SW MO don't have any either). The roads are bad. I'd love to stay inside but have an appt tomorrow. Wish they would have let us come for it on Friday but they decided Tuesday would be a much better day for it. Yeah....I knew things would be a mess given the weather forecast. We are in for another round tonight/tomorrow and then again tomorrow evening/Wednesday. And then we're supposed to get snow the rest of the week through the weekend. Looks like winter is upon us.

Thank you. I hope so as well. It rained pretty much the entire day yesterday. We did get some freezing rain/sleet last night but the temps were a little above freezing so we didn't have any problems thankfully. It would have been a real mess if we would have been below 31 all day yesterday.

We are expecting snow later this week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). And it's in the high 20s last I knew.

Nat ~ He's on Nutramigen - the hypoallergenic kind. I'll PM you my addy. Thanks.

X-Post:

Went to the u/s..she was like, you want to know?? I left it up to DH..she put the wand thing on my belly and there it was!! i usually can't tell those things but...

OH BOY!!

that thing was huge! Sticking out like a sore thumb. I was like, boy, right..she said yup..then typed Oh Boy on the sono pic and printed it for us. It was a money shot. i'll have to figure out how to post it.

We are thrilled that everything is healthy. I think we are both surprised b/c secretly hoped for a girl. DH was a little more 'disappointed' than me, not that its a disappointment..i can't explain it. I admit that i had a few tears but i AM HAPPY for Ben to have a brother. The baby is breach, yawned and was lounging w/ legs crossed after the big spread eagle show.

This is all so surreal b/c we didn't find out with Ben. So now we can 'plan' a little better.

Congrats on your impending son, Mrs. Chappy!

Liz, are you ready to pop yet? Geez, it feels like you've been pregnant forevah!

Here's a couple of quick Santa shots. DH was Santa for my Mommies group Christmas party at an indoor playzone (please excuse the rock climbing wall in the background). We had an awesome time and DH was a total ham but Alexa was still scared crapless! We even had her in the room while DH was changing into the suit so she could see it was just daddy but she got more and more agitated as he put more of the costume on. She never even made it to the wig and beard part before bolting.

Edited to remove photos.

Ferris,
Thanks! You're so lucky to have a Mom who sews. I can't wait to see what you two come up with.

Sophia,
Hee! Tell me about it. I can't complain though, it's been an easy pregnancy and all in all it seems to have gone pretty fast. Ask me in another 2-3 weeks though. ;)

Love the pics! I had to laugh at Alexa's picture as that is about what the scene with Caroline looked like this year too. She clung on to me tightly and said "I don't like her". LOL! Finally, she was lured by the basket of candy canes next to him (yes, definitely my daughter...love of candy always wins out.) and I was able to snap this picture:
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2115/2093519042_13fd8f1702.jpg?v=0
Okay, so she's not quite on his lap but I was able to get both of them in the picture and that was enough for me at that point. ;)

I can't believe how big Corinne & Elise have gotten!! They're adorable, Sophia. You have a beautiful family!

Adorable pictures, Sophia! We haven't attempted Santa, yet....EEEK! I may give it a shot this afternoon.... I'm quite certain Collin will freak.
The twins have gotten so big! Elise looks a lot like Alexa. :D

Liz: I can only hope to get a picture of Collin with Santa.... maybe I can lure him with the promise of candy canes. ;)

Nothing much going on here. Trying to contain the messes of two unruley toddlers. No more babies in my house....we are all Little Boy. LOL! I think Brady may have allergies. He's been "sick" for over a month now. The snot is ridiculous. Just when we start getting some sleep....

Well, MIL is dying to take DD to get pics with Santa (although we have about a million Christmas pics already), so we'll be loading up and going this afternoon. They also invited us all to go see Alvin and the Chipmunks, but with it being right in the middle of DDs naptime, I'm not sure we will. If we do decide to take her to the movies, it will be her first time in a theatre!!

Mrs.Chappy ~ Congratulations on a second little boy!!

Liz ~ 4 wks all! Won't be long til we will get to see what your little surprise is. Any guesses?

Sophia ~ Reminds me of how DD was last year at the base during the Christmas party. She wouldn't let go of me. This year she wouldn't even go up to the sleigh to have the picture taken. DS started to get a little teary but then he stopped and we were able to get a couple of pictures. They're adorable!

Liz ~ You have a candy lover as well? DD is absolutely head over heals with candy. I have to keep it hidden or she'll ask for it all.the.time. However the prospect of having a candy cane didn't work for us when it came to Santa. Maybe if he had M&Ms or a cookie things might have went differently. Her dress is gorgeous!

Julie ~ Good luck with Santa. Yick on the allergies. I suffer from them and have a feeling that at least one if not both of ours will have them as well.

Naamah ~ Good luck on visiting Santa. Is it the on at the M mall? DD has been to a few movies the last being The Bee Movie which was a major hit until the last few minutes as she had enough of sitting still. I'd like to take her to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. This weekend might be a good time for a movie with the snow we are suppose to get.

We have another winter storm moving in later today/tomorrow. We are in the area that is suppose to get 7+ inches. Suppose to come down at an inch an hour. And get very cold with the wind chills. Lucky us.

Meri~Yep! That's where we'll be. We always try to get out and do something together with it being the anniversary of SIL's death (more about that in my LJ though), so we though a trip to see Santa and a movie would be good!

I am honestly excited about the snow we're supposed to be getting this weekend. DD has been driving DH and I crazy over going outside to play in the ice. She'll be tickled pink over snow if we get as much as they're predicting!!

Darn it, I lost a whole long post filled with shout outs! I usually do a "copy" before previewing since I've lost things before but stupidly this time I did not. Grrrrrrrr. I'm too tired to do it all over again but want to say thanks for the compliments on the girls, I laugh everytime I see tgr's avatar, Liz's Caroline is "bootiful" (Alexa's word for anything princess-like), Meri and I must have the same kid because Alexa would probably sell me for some candy, I want to know all the updates in Ally's life and I'm sorry for Julie and her mucus woes but it's great hearing about the boys! Sorry, that's all I can pull out at 11:20 at night.
Love you all!

Nat - Congrats on your very cute BIG boy! I can't believe you had a 9+ pounder! Frightening! I'm glad you're both doing well.

Question to all: Are your kids going through a super clingy phase? DS is SUPER clingy in the past week or so. I don't know what's up but at first it was kinda cute, now it's exhausting. It's been, mommy this, mommy that, I want mommy!!! I WANT MOMMY!!! MOMMY DO IT!!! Not Daddy!

BTW, DS FREAKED out with santa too this year.

Meri - sorry I hadn't gotten back to u, I've been overwhelmed/buried in the last few weeks. I hope to catch up soon.

x-post bt i'm fuming::

OK, here i s my situation. I work three days a week. Our nanny only comes in when i go to work. In sept our nanny abruptly left giving 24 hrs notice. We were screwed!! We contacted a nanny agency and paid a crazy fee and hired someone who we love. She has been with us since OCT. My fear was that she would become pregnant...She is 26 and married for 5 years w. no kids. Well today, she announced that ooopps, shes preggers. Hello, shock. I'm 5 months along and we are trying to get things in order for my maternity leave and adjusting to two kids. She said she was nervous to tell me (she's due in late august and is very early in her pregnancy). i told her i'm thrilled for her and thankful that she was so honest so early..she was nervous also b/c she thought i'd fire here (um, thats illegal and i told her that). So now, what do i do/??? Herbaby is due just about when my maternity leave will b e up. i know, in a few weeks after the news of her pregnancy sinks in for her i'll ask her if she thought about what she plans t o do once the baby is born as far as chiild care etc. i'm certain i don't want her to bring her baby to my home with my kids (or else i would have put mine in daycare). Crap..this is bad timing but it could have been worse!! EEk.

Golfer: Collin has always been kind of clingy. There really hasn't been any increase.

Mrschappy: Sorry about the nanny situation. I wish I had some advice for you. Good luck working things out.

Golfer~Add me to the list of clingy kids. DD has always been attached to DH, but lately she'll only want me. I figured with us it's because my stomach is starting to get really big, and we've been talking about Baby Boy more often.

Mrs.Chappy~Sorry about the nanny situation. I hope you are able to work something out with her.

Hey Mrs. Chappy. I saw your post in the other forum and did a double take. You are having the worst luck with nannies. I know that other people have given you advice but really, I think you are going to have to get a new nanny. I can't imagine that she'd leave her newborn at home with someone to come and care for your two children. I also think that it would be too difficult with a 3 year old, a four month old and a newborn if she is thinking about bringing her baby with her. If the ages were different (kids were older with more distance between them) I would totally encourage this idea but not with the ages you will have. I'm sure that you're dealing with enough stress but I'm being truthful when I say that you will probably need to find a new nanny. This is coming from someone who was a nanny for eleven years. Good luck. :o

12-22-2007, 07:42 AM
Thanks, yes, i was up half the night..this isn't going to workout with her so after her u/s in a week i'm going to be honest with her, then call the agency and if they insist we pay another fee for another nanny i'm going to look on my own..when i secure one, shes history. i've been screwed once before. Fool me once shame on me...fool me twice....!!

Part of me is like 'screw it!! i should just quit my job and be a SAHM.. the only one i can depend on is me!'

Julie~Adorable pic!

Christmas~We had a wonderful holiday and were so, so blessed by the gifts we received! I got a $100 GC to Old Navy. I'm so torn on whether to blow it on myself or the kids. Also, between DH and I, we received $100 cash which paid for some desperately needed new tires on our van.

The big gift of the day was revealing Shylah's BGR. She loved it!!! In addition to her newly redecorating room, she also received coordinating toy bins, CD player, clock, dress-up trunk, coat rack, book ends, growth chart, bed rail, jewelry box, and photo frame for Christmas. I definately think she is all set! ;)

Here's pics of her room:

Julie~Thanks.

Sophia~Looks like you've got a room redecorating project in your future! :p

Ferris~She has been doing really well in it. I thought about using a toddler bed to transition her to the full, but it worked out nicely having the full when she wanted me to lay in there with her for a while the first night in it and the other night when DH went in to lay with her because of the insane sugar high she was on keeping her awake until after 2am! I had a twin size bed, though, until DH and I got married, and it was nice as well. It just all depends. If you want him in a full eventually, I'd just put him in it now.

Well, still no answer as to why stepgrandfather is bleeding internally. They haven't done a single thing other than give him blood (5 units so far) and say they are going to do x test tomorrow. It's getting very frustrating.

party ~ Had a good party. He had such fun digging into his smash cake but he had an allergic reaction to the cake/frosting afterwards. He even tore the paper off his gifts - well, the ones that big sister would let him open. Even with giving her a couple of presents for just her she still wanted to open his.

Us
We're doing great. Caroline is in the throws of the Terrible Two's, but for all of her mischieviousness, she is such a sweet heart. I can always count on her for a good hug. Megan is approaching 4 months old. She's a great baby, just not the best sleeper. I went back to work in the beginning of April and right now Keith is home with the girls. He goes back to work in 2 weeks though, and then it's on to daycare.

I just lost a HUGE post. I'm so disgusted. Why do we get logged out so quickly?!?!?!? It was 6 months worth of news and catching up and now it's all gone. I mentioned how Elise and Corinne love to ask for "ma-maow" (marshmallows) and "aye-keam" (ice cream) despite the fact that I feed them organic food and even have a garden for fresh vegetables. Thank you for the lovely birthday wishes for Alexa and Alexander. Alexa is a fantastic kid but is hitting the TERRIBLE THREES big time with her diva demands. Alexander is a wonderful memory and I will always love him but I'm thrilled with my three girls and they are the focus of my life right now. Life is really good and I'm so happy (despite my missing post). :D
Okay, semi-summarized a post that took me almost an hour to type up but I just don't have the time or energy to recreate the whole thing. When will I learn to copy my post before previewing or submitting? AARGH!

Hey Sophia! Sorry about the lost post. :( Glad that you stopped in to say hello. Sounds like the girls are keeping you busy. Who knew 3 year olds were so demanding. Geesh.
As for the marshmallows....I am guilty of feeding Collin peanut butter and marshmallow sandwiches. He loves it and it is one the few things I can count on him eating. LOL! Call in the parental police! :p Anyhow, I'm happy to hear you are doing well. :D

Nothing too exciting here. Collin is a handful and a delight. He's getting ready to start pre-school and is very excited to bring a snack to school. Brady has an appointment scheduled with a pediatric dermatologist to check out a wierd bald spot on the back of his head. Ah, Fluffernutters! Food of the gods, I tell ya! Collin has fabulous taste. Marshmallows are one of my favorite treats. I figure they are fat free and an easy shot of sugar when I'm craving something sweet so I tend to sneak one or two at least a couple of times a day. Of course the girls are all over me as soon as I open the pantry door and start grabbing at everything and anything (a bottle of mustard was Corinne's favorite item for a while) so I give them each a marshmallow to get them out of the pantry and off my back. Unfortunately, now the girls ask for them as soon as we come downstairs in the morning. They look at me all earnestly and say "Ma-maow. Ma-maow"? It would be totally adorable if they were asking for whole grain fruit juice sweetened organic muffins but they are NOT! So mortifying. Hubby has not figured out what "ma-maow" means and I'm not interpreting for him. :o Note to self: Teach babies to say "flax seed".

Hey ladies!

Sophia ~ DD loves marshmallows. We were at the store the other day and when she saw them she wanted them. ;) I couldn't say no because I love them as well. ;) I agree we need to get you to LJ.

jmvan ~ How awesome that you ran in the Susan G. Korman race. I had plans of walking in the Relay for Life event here but after I spent that night baking another cake for someone's 3rd birthday I just didn't have the energy to go walk. I wish it wasn't so close to DD's birthday. How is he liking school? Mine absolutely loves it!

Golfer ~ Yep, my youngest is now just a couple of months shy of turning 2. I can't believe it. There are links on the first page of the thread to the previous threads. If the links aren't there for the other place let me know and I'll get them for you.

I know I haven't been by here in a long time. Miss talking to everyone. I've got some health issues (it's in my lj if you want to know) going on and trying to figure out what's going on. Hopefully they will figure it out soon. DD loves school. She brings home an art project everyday. DS doesn't like leaving as he wants to stay as well.
