I've recently started revamping my diet and for hte mso tpart, that will mena no fast food. However, on nights DH is flying late and the only chance I get to see him is lunch, we will be going out and that probably means fast food since my lunch time is limited.
I'm looking for something that tells me that is I go to Z fast food place, then A, B, and C are good choices. For example, today we will probably go to Quizno's or Togo's and I'd like to be able to look up what some good choices are.
Does such a thing exist?
I've found Dottie's (http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html) to be a good resource.

Health discovery (http://www.healthdiscovery.net/restaurants/index.html) does too.

Thanks!
I got this from the WW site a while back, but I don't know how well this will transfer since it was in chart format comparing higher point options to lower point options. I'll attach the actual document as well...

Last night we ordered Papa John's pizza with no cheese, extra sauce, banana peppers, gr peppers, blck olives & onions. I estimated that one slice = 4 pts. Dotti's web site (http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html) has pt values for PJs with cheese and I est from there. PJ's breadsticks = 3 pts.
At Wendy's I get a Jr. Hamburger (6 pts) & a plain baked potato (4 pts).
At Subway I get a 6" turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, pickles & olives (5 pts) and sometimes oil & vinegar (2 pts), Baked Lay's (2.5 pts).

Another vote for Dottie's.
However, I just wanted to mention that it's funny you started this thread - yesterday, I left the office for lunch for the first time since New Year's - and I was SO frustrated at the lack of choices in the mall food court. It's quite possibly the worst place EVER for someone on a diet. Why isn't there a healthy fast food joint? With the sheer number of us on a diet these days, wouldn't a fast food joint with low-points, low-carb, low-fat meals make a killing off of customers like us? ;)

snowzilla - I always wonder the same thing.
And, I didn't realize that a plain baked potato was 5 points! I expected it to be some points, but certainly not 5 - especially plain.

Yes, the points add up quickly - I went to Panera Bread yesterday for the first time armed with my printout from Dottie’s and I was so sad to see how many points my favorite items are.

Oh yeah... the first time I was on WW I was soooo disappointed to find out Panera's pts. I think my fav sandwich had 18 pts!
Forgot to mention... Wendy's side salad = 0 pts! :)
I think in places like Panera and Corner Bakery it's best to go with soup and a side salad since the soups are usually quite low in points.
