I had some potato salad this weekend that did not have mustard in it and had red potatoes sliced, green onions and bacon and I don't know what else in it. Does this kind sound familiar to anyone? If so can you post the recipe.

Was it German potato salad? What kind of dressing did it have?

It sounds like German potato salad. Was it served warm or cold?

I did recipe search using the ingredients you listed and came up with:
Roasted Potato Salad
4 c Quartered, unpeeled small Red potatoes
1 c Miracle Whip
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 sl Bacon, chopped, crisped and Drained
1/4 c Green onions, sliced
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Heat oven to 450. Place potatoes in large baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring once. Mix dressing, eggs, bacon, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes and mix lightly, to minimize breakage. Serve warm or chilled.
Sour Cream Potato Salad
10 Medium red potatoes, cooked in jackets
1/3 c Clear, bottled Italian dressing
1 1/2 c Sliced celery
1 c Sliced green onions
4 Hard boiled eggs
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Mayonnaise
1 1/2 ts Horseradish sauce
1 ts Yellow mustard (optional)
1 1/4 ts Celery seed
1/3 c Diced cucumber
Salt & pepper to taste
While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion. Add the egg whites, chopped. Sieve egg yolks, combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and celery seed. Chill 2 hours and add diced cucumber.

I think the first recipe jimmy's listed was it!
My mom said it was German Potato Salad when I asked her about it.
