View Full Version : Snoring- Completely embarrassing

But remember the Grey's Anatomy episode about Meredith snoring and McDreamy unable to sleep? That's me and DH in real life- although we're not as good looking as they are. I snore when I'm really tired and I'm pretty tired most of the time. It's been so bad lately that I woke up in the morning to find DH asleep on our couch! :( I know me being about 35 pounds overweight could be the issue and I'm working on losing it. But in the meantime, has anyone tried any OTC anti-snoring products that work?? I've tried the strips but they don't help...

Thank you. I tried searching before posting but I think I was searching the wrong way. It only pulled up sleep apnea things...
