Would anyone be interested in doing Girls' Night Out Cooking School?

I sometimes take classes at Publix Aprons Cooking School. The food is actually very good! They have a Girls' Night Out Class every so often and one is coming up on April 28th. It's at 6:30pm. Would anyone be interested? I think the cost is around $30 to $40 and it includes all the ingredients and usually they have wine and soda, etc.. The meal is prepared by the class and then we sit and dine and enjoy. :)

P.S. Duh! I forgot to write, this is in Tampa-Citrus Park area. It takes me about 15 minutes from South Tampa on the Veteran's.

Mississippi! :) We don't have a publix here, I'd love to take cooking classes & hang out with ya'll. Maybe one day there will be a CCer here.
